Supply and install 25mm fiberglass insulated interior designed moulded fitted structure
Supply and install 10mm fiberglass exterior panels to unit
Supply and install electrical works

1 x TV point wired

1 x data and phone point

1 x split air condition units

1 x wired smoke alarms

The following forms are delivered which comply with Australians law and regulation per the requirements of each modified structure upon handover of the container unit.

Electrical certification – Form 16

Plumbing certification – Form 16

Building & design certification – Form 15 & 16

10 to 15 work days from receipt of purchase order, deposit and agreement on specification and drawing approvals.

Deposit on receipt of purchase order with agreed upon structured progress payments
Balance received upon completion of the container studio living unit before leaving the factory
